Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
